FAQ’s

  • What is a "dry-hire" mobile bartending service?

We provide everything for an unforgettable bar experience - professional bartenders, bar-backs, mixers, garnishes, premium compostable cups, and full setup/breakdown - but you provide the alcohol. This keeps your costs transparent and allows you to choose your favorite brands.

  • How do I secure my booking?

Choose your package, fill out our booking form by clicking “Get a Quote”, once we confirm the details about your event with you, we will then send a service agreement and deposit invoice. We require a 50% deposit due upon receipt. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

  • How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 2+ months in advance, especially for weddings, holiday parties, and peak weekends. That said, we’ll do our best to accommodate your last-minute events if we have availability.

  • What type of events do you serve?

We’re here for weddings, corporate events, private parties, brand activations, community gatherings - you name it. If there’s a reason to celebrate, there’s a reason for Smooth Libations.

  • What's included in your packages?

All packages include professional bartenders, bar-backs, mixers, garnishes, compostable cups, bar tools, ice, and complete setup/breakdown. Optional add-ons may be discussed.

  • Do you travel?

We mainly serve Orange County but can travel to Los Angeles County and Riverside County. Travel fees of $2.00/mile may apply for events outside a 20 mile radius.

  • Do you help us figure out how much alcohol to buy?

Absolutely! Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a customized shopping list based on your menu and guest count so you don’t over- or under-buy.

  • Can you make non-alcoholic drinks?

Yes! We love creating craft mocktails so every guest - whether drinking or not - gets a delicious, elevated experience.

  • Are you insured?

Yes, we carry full general and liquor liability insurance. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request for venues that require it.
